Why these requests are different

Project requests are reviewed before any delivery

Home Upgrade Costs focuses on homeowners who are researching project costs, timelines, and local planning ranges. A request is not automatically delivered. It must fit the project type, ZIP coverage, consent status, contractor trade, and available pilot capacity.

Homeowner estimates a project

They use a calculator for HVAC replacement, roof replacement, or EV charger installation.

They submit project details

They share ZIP code, timeline, property type, contact details, and service-specific information.

We check service fit

Requests are reviewed for trade, ZIP code, homeowner consent, coverage, and contractor preferences.

Eligible requests may be sent

A request may be shared only when the review criteria and consent requirements are satisfied.

Lead Types

  • Shared leads: homeowner request may be sent to more than one qualified contractor.
  • Exclusive review can be considered later only if explicitly agreed.
  • Future phase: call leads for urgent HVAC, roofing leak, or electrical requests.

Supported Trades

  • HVAC replacement: central AC, furnace, heat pump, and ductwork-related replacements.
  • Roof replacement: asphalt, architectural shingles, metal, tile, flat roof, and storm damage-related requests.
  • EV charger installation: Level 2 chargers, panel capacity questions, garage/exterior installs, and rebate interest.

Quality Filters

  • Project type, ZIP code, property type, and owner/renter status.
  • Timeline, budget readiness, and service-specific project fields.
  • Contact details and consent status before partner follow-up.

FAQ

Common questions

How are project requests collected?

Homeowners use a cost calculator or quote form, enter project details, and provide consent before contact details are used for project follow-up.

Do you guarantee lead volume?

No. Lead volume, revenue, homeowner response, exclusivity, and conversion rates vary by market, project type, season, and availability.

Can I choose service ZIP codes?

Yes. The application asks for service cities and ZIP codes so project requests can be reviewed against your preferred coverage area.

Are leads shared or exclusive?

The application supports shared, exclusive, or either preference. Availability depends on market coverage, homeowner consent, and project routing rules.

Do I need a license and insurance?

Contractors should provide license and insurance details where applicable. Homeowners are encouraged to independently verify credentials before hiring.

How do you handle homeowner consent?

Quote request forms include consent language before submission. Contact details should only be shared for project follow-up when the homeowner provides consent.
